This project involved the adaptive reuse of the existing Chusan Hotel into Cubo Park, a vibrant and contemporary space located in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. As the lead consultant, our team focused on transforming the structure into a functional and aesthetically appealing venue while preserving its original character. The design reimagined the space to meet modern standards, catering to a diverse range of uses. Completed in 2019, the project stands as a testament to innovative architectural solutions that breathe new life into existing buildings.
