This project involved the refurbishment of a 5-storey commercial building in the Town of Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The goal was to revitalize the existing structure, transforming it into a modern, functional space that meets the needs of today’s businesses. As the lead architectural consultant, our team focused on enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal while ensuring that the new design aligned with the client's requirements. The project was successfully completed in 2022, giving the building a fresh lease on life and providing a valuable asset to the local commercial landscape.
